Technology wine production
Vinification or wine making is a process of wine production, which begins from a selection of grapes, and ends with bottling of wine. Traditionally grapes are harvested from vineyards in autumn. When harvested, grapes most be in good condition, not infected with bacteria or fungal infection. Wine making must start soon as possible to prevent any complications. There are few steps of wine making.
First is a production of must. To produce a must or liquid, you have to crush grapes with mechanical crusher, which must be done very carefully. Then comes alcoholic fermentation, which involves adding to the must yeast, sulfur dioxide, and nutrient substances. The fermentation can last up to 8 or 10 days. And the last step is bottling wine, after which can be used for drinking.
